Ed and Nilu were warm and welcoming from the first time we walked through the door. They were genuine, down to earth, and willing to just chat about all things Vegas. They were amazing listeners to my wife, which I greatly appreciated since the ring is for her. She now has a ring she loves and cannot stop looking at. Thank you for your time and dedication to us and being willing to work with my demanding work schedule.

Going to get my ring resized was a very pleasant experience as their jeweler is extremely talented. We picked out our wedding bands from their wide selection of men's and women's. From beginning to end, T-Bird has taken such great care of us. We will not shop or trust our jewelry anywhere else. We can't recommend them enough!

I tried on several and fell in love with one of them. We were only supposed to be looking at this point but decided to purchase the ring right then. They didn’t have a diamond we liked, so instead they had two more delivered for us to look at. We went back a week later and fell even more in love with one of the new diamonds. My husband also found a great black tungsten ring there. If it hadn’t been for Alexia I’m not sure we would have had the same experience. She was absolutely amazing! She listened to us and our concerns, but best of all wasn’t pushy. She is very likable and kept us informed through the whole process. We greatly appreciated her personalized style and would go back to T-Birds anytime.
