My husband and I went to pick out my push gift of a ring to stack with my wedding rings. We were greeted by very friendly staff members and given cold water. They were patient and showed us so many options and helped me pick out the perfect ring. I loved the unique options they had to offer. They cleaned my rings free of charge although they weren’t purchased there. After our purchase the owner came out to see my selection and how the rings all looked together. He was the sweetest old guy. Overall great experience, highly recommend this store.
Not going to lie… When I was ring searching for an engagement ring I was trying to do it all online until I saw a specific ring that only T-Bird sold. I went down just to check it out with no intention of purchasing anything because I’ve just never bought from a jeweler before. Met lovely Denise who helped me out and she was so knowledgeable and so helpful I was too scared to keep looking anywhere else without her help and guidance. Not only did she put up with all my changes but she helped me build the perfect ring and I couldn’t be happier. T-Bird and Denise have a life long customer in me. 5 star service from start to finish. My first experience at T-Bird Jewels was very good. I had the help of Ed, a very kind and professional person. I needed to reduce my engagement ring to a smaller size and was very unsure, but Ed was very patient with me, explaining the entire process step by step.
