Shipping Policy

At T-Bird Jewels, we understand that fine jewelry and luxury timepieces are precious investments. We take extraordinary care to ensure that every order is safely packaged, fully insured, and securely delivered directly to your hands.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed, verified, and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • Custom, Sized & Special Orders: Items that require custom design, ring sizing, engraving, or special ordering from our designers require additional lead time (typically 1 to 4 weeks depending on the piece). Our concierge team will provide you with an estimated dispatch timeline upon order confirmation.
  • Payment Verification: To protect our clients against fraudulent transactions, high-value orders may undergo additional payment and identity verification before shipment. This may occasionally add 1 business day to processing times.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All domestic shipments within the United States are sent via premium couriers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority/Express) and are 100% fully insured while in transit.

  • Standard Insured Shipping (3–5 Business Days): Complimentary / Free on all domestic orders.
  • Express 2-Day Insured Delivery: Calculated at checkout or available upon request.
  • Overnight / Next-Day Delivery: Calculated at checkout (available for in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM PST).

Please note: Delivery estimates begin once your order has officially shipped, not from the time the order was placed.

3. Secure, Discreet Packaging & Adult Signature Requirement

  • Discreet Packaging: For your security, all shipments are packed in nondescript, tamper-evident outer boxes with no external mention of jewelry, diamonds, or luxury items.
  • Direct Adult Signature Required: Because of the high value of our merchandise, all deliveries require a direct adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Carriers will not leave packages unattended on doorsteps or porches.
  • Hold for Pickup: If you are unable to be home to sign for your package, we can arrange for your shipment to be held securely for pickup at a local, authorized FedEx or UPS facility with valid government ID.

4. Complimentary In-Store Pickup

If you are local to Southern Nevada or visiting Las Vegas, we offer complimentary in-store pickup at our showroom:

To collect your order in person, please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit/debit card used for the purchase.

5. P.O. Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses

Due to carrier restrictions and the high value of our fine jewelry and watches, we cannot ship orders over $500 to P.O. Boxes. All high-value shipments must be delivered to a verifiable physical residential or business street address.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been carefully packaged and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier's system.

7. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders outside the United States:

  • International shipments are subject to local customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  • Customs, Duties, & Taxes: Any import duties, tariffs, VAT, or local taxes assessed by your country's customs office are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by T-Bird Jewels at checkout.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Every shipment from T-Bird Jewels is fully covered under our transit insurance until the moment it is signed for. If your shipment arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, please note the condition with the delivery driver immediately and contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
